REfUND POLICY

You may cancel an order an any time prior to when we start working on the assignment for a full No Questions Asked refund.

You may also cancel an order prior to completion of the assignment for a pro-rated refund based on work completed to that point

We stand by and guarantee our work product. We would like the opportunity to make it right if you are unhappy for any reason. But if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the work, we will fully refund the fee, as long as the basis of the complaint is about report quality and not simply a disagreement regarding the final value conclusion.
